Lynn E. Lawrence, CMSgt, USAF(ret), MSOL, CPOT, ABOC, COA, OSC, is currently a leadership and staff development consultant, national lecturer, and an ophthalmic technician for Mills Eye and Facial Plastic Surgery. He has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership .
